North Global Group is a real estate development company that specialises in taking vacant land through the full development process from acquisition through construction to release it for sale or letting. The company has built and sold residential developments, commercial properties, and both own and run its own beachfront boutique hotel, spa and restaurant.

North Global’s business philosophy is to undertake all development activities in-house, including design, construction, marketing and sales. The group consists of three subsidiaries; North Global Construction Pty Ltd (NGC), North Global Properties Pty Ltd (NGP) and Sovereign Seekers Pty Ltd. NGC performs building activities for the group’s developments. Through NGP all new developments are conceptualised, daily operations are overseen, marketing strategies are put in place and sale/letting is done directly to the end customer. Sovereign Seekers develops and manages the group’s commercial properties. This structure both ensures the group has control over the quality of the end product and enables it to produce a product that is at a highly competitive price point.
